Key Responsibilities

As a Lead Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to:

  • Greet customers and provide exceptional service, ensuring a positive shopping experience
  • Run the register, cashier, and make purchase suggestions to drive sales and customer satisfaction
  • Work with our food program to provide a seamless shopping experience
  • Lead shifts on a regular basis, gaining entry-level management experience and developing leadership skills
  • Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to high standards for store appearance
  • Provide regular and predictable onsite attendance, ensuring a consistent and reliable presence for our customers
  • Interact with customers daily, building relationships and resolving issues in a friendly and professional manner
  • Work as part of a team to accomplish daily tasks and goals, promoting a positive and productive work environment

Essential Qualifications

To succeed as a Lead Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll need:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and team members
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think quickly and offer creative solutions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities
  • High school diploma or equivalent, with a strong focus on customer service and sales experience
  • Motivation to advance in your career, with a willingness to learn and grow with our company
  • Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours, with occasional lifting and bending required

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

  • Retail and customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Entry-level management experience, with a focus on leadership and team development
  • Sales associate or cashiering experience, with a strong understanding of sales techniques and customer engagement
  • High school diploma or equivalent, with a focus on customer service and sales experience

Physical Requirements

As a Lead Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll need to be able to:

  • Stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours, with occasional lifting and bending required
  • Lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead up to 30 minutes in a shift
  • Occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level
  • Push/pull with arms up to a force of 20 pounds
  • Bend at the waist with some twisting up to one hour a shift
  • Grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with hands, requiring eye-hand coordination and occasional climbing of ladders to store and retrieve materials or place and remove signs
