Responsibilities

As an Online Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding service to our customers by providing them with knowledgeable, professional, and efficient assistance. You will be the face of arenaflex, assisting our cardmembers in navigating their needs and ensuring their satisfaction. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Addressing customer inquiries, providing solutions, and guiding customers through the use of our online services
  • Partnering with other teams to escalate and resolve concerns, ensuring our cardmembers receive prompt and effective responses
  • Handling inbound customer service inquiries via chat, email, and occasionally phone
  • Providing timely and accurate information to customers regarding their accounts and transactions
  • Resolving customer complaints and issues with patience and efficiency
  • Utilizing CRM software to document customer interactions
  • Assisting customers with online navigation and troubleshooting
  • Collaborating with team members to improve service delivery
  • Maintaining a high level of professionalism and a positive attitude

Requirements

* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

  • Proficiency in using computers and familiarity with online platforms
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Strong empathy and problem-solving skills
  • Previous customer service experience preferred
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet home office environment
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

Educational Qualifications
