Job Summary
We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team on a temporary basis. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients and their customers, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Managing large volumes of incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Identifying and assessing customer needs to achieve satisfaction and resolve issues efficiently
- Providing accurate, valid, and complete information by using the correct protocols and procedures
- Following all communication guidelines, policies, and procedures to ensure exceptional service standards
- Taking the extra mile to engage customers and build lasting relationships
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide seamless support
- Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Previous experience in a customer service environment, preferably in a high-volume call center setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve issues efficiently
- Proficiency in CRM software and other customer service tools
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively
- Strong phone handling skills, with the ability to control calls and actively listen to customers
- Positive and professional demeanor, with a strong customer orientation
- Ability to adapt to different types of characters and respond accordingly
- One year or more of previous high-volume Contact Center experience preferred
- Chat and Email support experience in a customer service environment preferred
