As a Live Chat Customer Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for managing live chat conversations and resolving customer needs in real-time using our tools and templates. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Replying to live chat messages via website and social media platforms
- Answering customer inquiries about products, orders, returns, and promotions
- Sharing links to FAQs, product bundles, and active discount codes
- Using a dashboard to track conversations and log completed support sessions
- Escalating any account, billing, or system errors to internal teams
- Maintaining brand tone, consistency, and responsiveness during every shift
