What You'll Be Doing

As a Live Chat Customer Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for managing live chat conversations and resolving customer needs in real-time using our tools and templates. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Replying to live chat messages via website and social media platforms
  • Answering customer inquiries about products, orders, returns, and promotions
  • Sharing links to FAQs, product bundles, and active discount codes
  • Using a dashboard to track conversations and log completed support sessions
  • Escalating any account, billing, or system errors to internal teams
  • Maintaining brand tone, consistency, and responsiveness during every shift
