Key Responsibilities

As a Part-Time Live Chat Moderator – Spam Comment Removal Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Monitoring live chat channels: You will be responsible for monitoring live chat channels for spam comments and inappropriate content, ensuring that our platform remains free from malicious activity.
  • Engaging with users: You will engage with users through live chat to address concerns, report spam, and provide excellent customer service by assisting users with inquiries and issues.
  • Collaborating with the moderation team: You will work closely with our moderation team to ensure a safe and welcoming online environment, upholding arenaflex community guidelines and policies.
  • Providing excellent customer service: You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, responding to user inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Identifying and removing spam comments: You will use your keen eye for spotting spam comments to identify and remove malicious activity from our platform, ensuring that our users have a positive and trustworthy experience.
