Responsibilities

As a Virtual Chat Support Help Agent, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries via virtual chat and providing effective solutions to their queries and concerns.
  • Assisting customers with product information, service inquiries, and troubleshooting queries related to our plumbing services and products.
  • Maintaining a high level of knowledge about our services, products, and policies to better assist customers and provide accurate information.
  • Documenting all interactions and keeping detailed records of customer inquiries and issues using our CRM system.
  • Collaborating with team members to escalate issues when necessary and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Monitoring and following up on open inquiries to ensure timely resolution and closure.
  • Providing feedback on common customer issues to assist in improving our service and support processes.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business or customer service is a plus.
  • Proven experience in customer support or similar role, preferably in a mechanical or industrial engineering setting.
  • Excellent written communication skills with a friendly and engaging tone.
