Your Core Responsibilities
- Respond to live customer chat inquiries quickly and clearly, using built-in templates and workflows to resolve most issues
- Assist with order updates, tracking info, account changes, and general product support
- Escalate billing or tech problems through internal support ticketing
- Accurately summarize each conversation for quality assurance tracking
- Maintain calm, helpful communication—even when handling multiple chats

Pay & Shift Details
You'll start at $25/hour and have the opportunity to earn up to $35/hour after 30 successful shifts and positive resolution scores. You'll use an internal dashboard to select shift blocks weekly, choosing from a range of morning, night, weekend, and mid-day hours. You can change your schedule each week based on your availability.
Training Timeline
Our comprehensive training program will ensure you're equipped to succeed in this role. You'll complete:
- 2 hours of video onboarding content
- 3 simulated chats with team feedback
- First live shift observed and scored by QA
- Most agents start within 3 business days of being accepted
