Responsibilities
As an e-Service Chat Representative, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences through our chat platform. Your primary responsibilities will include: ### Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers, contractors, and/or business partners via inbound and outbound chat sessions, ensuring that all policies, procedures, and contract coverage are upheld
- Explain and upholds contract coverage to customers and/or contractors, providing clear and concise information to resolve their queries
- Follow up with customers, contractors, and/or business partners to ensure customer service issues are resolved, maintaining a professional and businesslike relationship with both internal and external customers
- Maintain current knowledge of all policies, procedures, programs, and complete required continuing education courses to stay up-to-date with industry developments
- Assume other duties as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
### Essential Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
- Minimum 1+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a similar industry
- Strong computer literacy, with proficiency in using chat platforms and software
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Multi-tasking skills, with the ability to handle multiple chat sessions simultaneously
### Preferred Qualifications
- Customer service experience and/or training, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
- Ability to work in a remote environment, with minimal supervision
- Familiarity with home service plans and industry-specific terminology
