Responsibilities:
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service to our clients through phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Processing orders, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Maintaining accurate records and reports, including customer service summary reports
- Coordinating the handling of difficult and/or unusual situations, and escalating issues to management as needed
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and resolution of customer issues
- Staying up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and company policies to provide informed and accurate information to customers
- Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance customer service skills and knowledge
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- 4 years of related experience in customer service, sales, or a related field
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and equivalent combination of education and experience
- Basic to intermediate math skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Windows Systems and Microsoft Office Applications
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail, resourcefulness, and thoroughness in completing projects
- Ability to communicate effectively in written and verbal forms (email, in-person, telephone)
- Bilingual (English and Spanish) is preferred but not required
Work Environment:
This role operates in a professional office environment, and you'll be working with standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines. You'll be required to sit, stand, walk, use hands to finger, handle or feel, and reach with hands and arms. Lifting, pushing, pulling up to 25 lbs may be required.
