What You'll Be Doing
As a Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in serving our French-speaking customers through voice and chat interactions. You'll be the first point of contact for our customers, and your primary responsibility will be to ensure that every interaction is prompt, clear, and helpful. Your expertise will be in high demand, as you'll be troubleshooting and resolving customer issues with professionalism and urgency.
Key Responsibilities
• Deliver outstanding support in both French and English through voice and chat, providing exceptional customer experiences that exceed expectations
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues with professionalism and urgency, using your problem-solving skills to find creative solutions
- Build strong relationships by personalizing each interaction, tailoring your approach to meet the unique needs of each customer
- Collaborate with your team to ensure consistent and high-quality service, sharing best practices and knowledge to drive continuous improvement
- Share customer feedback and insights to help improve our processes, identifying areas for growth and development
What We're Looking For
• At least 1 year of experience in a customer support or contact center environment, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service
- Fluency in both written and spoken French and English, with the ability to communicate complex ideas simply and clearly
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to stay calm and solution-focused under pressure
- Experience using platforms like Gorgias, Zendesk, Shopify, or similar tools is preferred, but not required
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork
- Familiarity with e-commerce and CRM systems is an advantage, but not essential
Tech Requirements
• Personal computer or laptop with a minimum i5 processor, ensuring you have the power and performance you need to deliver exceptional service
