The Role
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our brand, delivering exceptional service and solutions to our subscribers through inbound calls. You'll work with cutting-edge technologies and systems, and be supported by a dedicated team of leaders and peers who are passionate about helping you succeed. Your expertise will be put to the test as you handle a wide range of customer inquiries, from simple to complex, and provide tailored solutions that meet their unique needs.
Key Responsibilities
* Handle inbound calls from subscribers, responding to their inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Utilize probing question skills to gather information and provide personalized solutions that meet the customer's needs
- Meet or exceed sales targets, identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell relevant products or services
- Manage and overcome objections to cancellation and suspend requests, reducing churn and driving customer retention
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide exceptional customer experiences
- Stay up-to-date on product and service offerings, as well as industry trends and best practices
Essential Qualifications
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner
- Strong multitasking abilities, with the capacity to handle multiple calls and tasks simultaneously
- Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service, with a focus on problem-solving and meeting goals
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Experience in customer service and sales, with a strong understanding of the principles of customer relationship management
- High school diploma or equivalent, with a strong emphasis on customer service and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, communications, or marketing
- Experience working in a call center or customer-facing environment
- Familiarity with CRM software and other customer service tools
- Certification in customer service or a related field
Requirements to Work from Home
* A quiet and distraction-free, secure place to work, with minimal background noise and interruptions
- Excellent Internet connectivity, with speeds of 2 Mbps upload and 10 Mbps download (the faster the better!)
- In-house network, and a hard-wired Internet connection capable of continuously supporting outstanding call quality and high-speed response rates
- A Smartphone (iOS or Android), 4 years old or newer, in which you will be able and willing to download our app that will be leveraged for company communications
What We Offer
* Competitive pay rate: $15.00 – $20.00/hr
- An 8 hour per day shift, 5 days per week (anywhere from 6am-12am PST)
