Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Call Center Representative to join our team at arenaflex. As a key member of our customer service and data entry operations, you will be responsible for handling high-volume customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional support to our patients and customers. Key Responsibilities

* Handle high-volume customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing timely and accurate responses to patient and customer inquiries

  • Enter patient and medication data into our pharmacy systems, adhering to HIPAA guidelines and regulations
  • Investigate and resolve missing medication data, deciphering clinical truncations (SIG codes) and resolving data entry-related exceptions
  • Provide support to patients and customers, handling correspondence and resolving issues on a case-by-case basis
  • Settle outsider oddballs by surveying, gathering data, making remedies, and resubmitting for handling as per individual arrangement necessities
  • Collaborate with pharmacists and other healthcare professionals to provide exceptional patient care and support
  • Identify and escalate issues to senior-level staff as necessary

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent

  • Basic computer skills, including:

+ Starting and closing a computer + Using a mouse to point and click + Starting and closing programs + Switching between programs + Saving files + Printing documents + Accessing data online

  • Basic web browsing skills, including:

+ Opening a web browser + Composing URLs in the address bar + Using a search engine + Bookmarking a webpage + Navigating using back/forward/stop buttons + Completing online forms

  • Basic keyboarding skills, including:

+ Typing at least 25 words per minute + Typing by memory + Organizing records

  • Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally
  • 18 years or older

Preferred Qualifications

* At least 1 year of pharmacy experience in a retail or call center environment

  • At least 1.5 years of pharmacy experience with a declaration/enrollment by the state as conceded by the State Board for Pharmacies or broadly perceived confirmation office
  • Experience providing customer service to internal and external customers, including meeting quality standards for services and assessing customer satisfaction
  • Intermediate to advanced keyboarding skills, including:

+ Typing at least 35 words per minute + Typing by memory + Organizing records

  • Familiarity with Spanish and English
