Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Handling inbound service calls, chats, and emails with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Understanding and striving to meet or exceed metrics while providing excellent customer service
- Driving customer satisfaction through voice, chat, and/or email communications
- Navigating through multiple systems to resolve customer issues efficiently
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
Required Qualifications, Skills, and Experience
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A high school diploma (or GED equivalent)
- A strong passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Ability to commit 40 working hours per week
- A reliable computer, internet connection, and USB headset
- A clean and quiet workspace
Preferred Qualifications
* Previous customer service experience in a call center or similar environment
- Experience working with multiple systems and software applications
- Strong knowledge of customer service principles and best practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Bilingual or multilingual skills (English and French)
