Job Summary

As a temporary Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our clients, responding to customer inquiries, and ensuring high customer satisfaction. This is a temporary position, with a focus on delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced call center environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage large volumes of incoming calls, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information to customers, using the correct protocols and procedures
  • Identify and assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction, taking the extra mile to engage customers and build strong relationships
  • Follow all communication procedures, guidelines, and policies, ensuring compliance with arenaflex standards
  • Utilize strong phone contact handling skills, with a focus on call control and active listening
  • Prioritize and multitask effectively, managing time and resources to meet customer needs
  • Adapt and respond to different types of customer characters, demonstrating a customer-oriented approach
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives

Essential Qualifications

• Previous experience in a high-volume Contact Center environment, with a minimum of one year of experience

  • Strong CRM experience, with a focus on customer service and support
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Positive and professional demeanor, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on prioritizing and multitasking effectively
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve issues in a timely manner

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in a customer service environment, with a focus on chat and email support

  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers in multiple languages
