Job Summary
As a Healthcare Customer Service Representative, you'll play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and support. You'll be responsible for answering inbound calls, scheduling appointments, and assisting with financial clearance. Responsibilities
* Answer inbound calls from patients regarding appointment scheduling, prescription refills, and general inquiries
- Schedule patient appointments accurately across various clinics and specialties
- Provide insurance verification and prior authorization support for procedures and surgeries
- Educate patients on financial options, including self-pay, billing, and payment plans
- Meet department quality and productivity metrics while delivering exceptional service
What We're Looking For
* High School Diploma or equivalent (Required)
- 1-Year of Inbound Call Center Experience (Required)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and work with attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Strong customer service skills and a patient-centered approach
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
