Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Flemish Customer Service Representative to join our team in Greece. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for providing first-class customer experiences, implementing Audi's core values, and engaging with customers to resolve their queries and concerns. Key Responsibilities

As a Flemish Customer Service Representative – Audi Brand Ambassador, you'll be responsible for:

• Responding to customer inquiries for Audi's innovative infotainment system in a timely and efficient manner
• Tracking and following cases to ensure they're closed in an efficient and timely manner
• Maintaining high customer satisfaction, representing the Audi brand and its values
• Providing and maintaining strong, professional relationships with all partners and showing empathy at all times
• Working towards reaching targets as set out by the client statement of work as well as internal targets
• Turning every customer into a happy customer through exceptional customer service
• Exchanging ideas and solutions with colleagues to continuously improve customer experiences
• Enjoying your time in Greece and contributing to the company's success

What You'll Bring

To succeed in this role, you'll need to bring the following skills and qualifications:

• Fluency in Flemish
• Very good communication skills in English
• Exceptional communication and soft skills, as well as problem-solving skills
• Computer knowledge and tech savviness
• Resourcefulness and ability to multitask
• Technical background and familiarity with technology
• Multi-tasking skills
• Customer care experience will be an advantage
