Job Summary
As a Phone Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for engaging with customers via inbound phone calls to encourage subscription retention and minimize cancellations. You'll work closely with our team to identify and anticipate customer needs, effectively prioritize work time to ensure productivity standards are achieved, and make customers feel valued and appreciated. Key Responsibilities
* Engage with customers via inbound phone calls to encourage subscription retention and minimize cancellations

* Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge
- Passionate about helping others and delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Ability to speak in a pleasant tone, retain composure, and gain confidence of the customer
- Proficient ability to read, write, and speak the English language
- Customer Service background or experience working with people
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

* Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a call center environment
