Job Summary
As a Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch customer service, handling customer inquiries, and ensuring a seamless experience for our guests. You'll work collaboratively with our team to maintain a clean and welcoming dining area, process orders efficiently, and provide exceptional service in our drive-thru. Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service, handling customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain a clean and welcoming dining area, including cleaning tables, floors, and other areas of the restaurant
- Process orders efficiently, handling cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently
- Work collaboratively with our team to ensure seamless service, assisting other crew members as needed
- Follow proper safety procedures when handling and/or preparing food
- Multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Align with arenaflex culture by balancing working hard and having fun
Essential Qualifications
* Must be 16 years of age or older
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous customer service experience preferred, but not required
- Ability to lift and carry, push or pull heavy objects up to 50 pounds
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to show up to scheduled shifts on time
- Ability to work under pressure and at a fast pace
Preferred Qualifications
* Previous experience in a restaurant or service-oriented role
- Certification in customer service or a related field
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit transactions
