Available Roles

We're currently hiring for two exciting roles:

• Content Moderator: As a Content Moderator, you'll be responsible for reviewing and moderating online content to ensure it meets arenaflex's high standards. You'll work closely with our team to identify and remove inappropriate content, and provide feedback to our clients.
• Customer Support Agent: As a Customer Support Agent, you'll be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional support and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. You'll work closely with our team to ensure that our clients receive the best possible service.

Position Details

* Languages Required: Hungarian (C1+) and English (B1-B2)

• Locations: Bulgaria, Portugal, Greece (including remote options)
• Contract Type: Permanent with full benefits, including medical insurance
• Relocation Support: Provided (flight and accommodation support in most locations)
• Salary: Around 2000 euro/month, bonuses available

Essential Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you'll need to meet the following essential qualifications:

• Language skills: Hungarian (C1+) and English (B1-B2)
• Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field (e.g. communications, marketing, customer service)
• Experience: At least 1 year of experience in content moderation or customer support
• Skills: Strong communication and problem-solving skills, ability to work in a team environment, and proficiency in Microsoft Office

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

• Master's degree: A master's degree in a relevant field (e.g. communications, marketing, customer service)
• Experience in a similar role: Experience in a similar role, such as content moderation or customer support
