Job Summary
As an Experienced Full Stack Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients via phone, email, and chat. You'll work closely with our team to resolve complex customer issues, drive solutions that meet customer needs, and ensure each customer experience is exceptional. This is a full-time, remote position with a flexible schedule, and you'll be required to work from home with a strong internet connection.
Responsibilities
* Communicate with customers via telephone, email, and chat using strong communication skills, active listening, and empathy
- Drive solutions that best meet the customer's needs, analyzing and resolving complex customer issues
- Ensure each customer experience is exceptional by leveraging effective listening skills, attention to detail, strong intellectual curiosity, and an honest desire to make a difference
- Efficiently process transactions and refer requests for other policy modifications to appropriate areas, tracking responses to ensure completion
- Support special product and/or service campaigns as needed, or as requested by the customer
- Efficiently access and navigate multiple electronic systems to provide a complete and integrated response to the customer's inquiry
- Perform these responsibilities in a consistent, professional manner while exercising strong verbal, interpersonal, and high-quality service skills
Requirements
* 2+ years of experience in customer service, with prior call center experience highly preferred
- Strong computer/keyboard skills, analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to quickly grasp information and efficiently solve verbal challenges
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex verbal and written concepts with ease
- Passion for serving customers and a personal commitment to following through in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Ability to work in a stationary position 75% of the time
- High-speed internet connection (at least 50 Mbps) and a reliable computer and keyboard
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends as needed
Preferred Qualifications
* 2+ years of experience in customer service, with prior call center experience highly preferred
- High school diploma, GED, some college experience, trade, or professional certification
- Demonstrated ability to quickly learn and continuously develop functional knowledge and an understanding of company products, as well as administrative, claims, underwriting, and marketing functions
- Strong computer/keyboard skills, analytical and trouble-shooting skills, and superb listening skills
- Professional oral and written communication skills, with an ability to inspire trust and accountability through an empathetic communication style
