Job Duties: Your Day-to-Day

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your day will be filled with exciting challenges and opportunities to make a difference. Essential Functions: The Nuts and Bolts

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for: * Addressing customer questions and concerns regarding product and delivery information! Provide accurate and helpful information to our customers. * Providing product information, reviewing alternative solutions if an item is out of stock, and placing orders for the customer! Help our customers find the products they need. * Successfully negotiating and appeasing customers using a variety of methods established by arenaflex guidelines! Resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively. * Checking inventory, processing returns, issuing replacements and credits for damaged or defective merchandise! Ensure our customers receive the products they need in good condition. * Performing other duties as assigned! Be flexible and adapt to changing priorities.

Qualifications: What You Need to Apply

To succeed as a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll need: * High School diploma or GED! A solid educational foundation is essential for this role. * 1 – 2 years previous customer service experience! Proven experience in customer-facing roles is a must. * Experience in a performance-based or metric-driven environment! Demonstrate your ability to meet and exceed performance targets. * Strong ability to communicate both verbally and written with capable data entry skills! Excellent communication and technical skills are essential for this role.

Ensure your headset meets our compatibility requirements. * Ethernet cable hardwired into you modem/router! A wired connection is required for security and bandwidth constraints. * USB to Ethernet converter if your computer does not have an Ethernet port! Ensure you have a compatible converter. * Monitor: 15 inches or larger with minimum resolution of 1024 X 768! A compatible monitor is essential for our systems. * Mouse and keyboard! Ensure you have a compatible mouse and keyboard. * Webcam (built in or external) with minimum resolution of 640 X 480! A compatible webcam is required for our systems. * Landline phone, iOS device (tablet or cell phone), or an Android (tablet or cell phone) for purposes of multi-factor authentication! Ensure you have a compatible device for authentication.
