Roles & Responsibilities
As an Experienced Customer Service Professional at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to:

Key Responsibilities:
* Assist Spanish-speaking customers effectively (Bilingual)
- Provide accurate and timely responses to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
- Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
- Contribute to team success by sharing ideas and best practices
What We're Looking For
We're seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual who is:
- Licensed in Property & Casualty insurance (or able to get licensed within two weeks—we'll help you get there)
- Bilingual in Spanish (written and verbal)
- Able to connect with people quickly, whether it's through phone, email, or chat
- Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and eager to take on challenges
- Able to navigate tough situations and find solutions that work for everyone
