What You'll Be Doing

As a Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in serving as the first point of contact for our French-speaking customers. You will handle inquiries via inbound calls, live chat, and email, ensuring that every customer interaction is prompt, clear, and helpful. Your primary responsibilities will include: ### Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding support in both French and English through voice and chat, providing clear and concise solutions to customer inquiries
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues with professionalism and urgency, ensuring that every interaction is resolved to the customer's satisfaction
  • Build strong relationships by personalizing each interaction, tailoring your approach to meet the unique needs of each customer
  • Collaborate with your team to ensure consistent and high-quality service, sharing best practices and knowledge to drive excellence
  • Share customer feedback and insights to help improve our processes, driving continuous improvement and growth

### What We're Looking For To succeed in this role, you will need to possess:

  • At least 1 year of experience in a customer support or contact center environment, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service
  • Fluency in both written and spoken French and English, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to remain calm and solution-focused under pressure
  • Experience using platforms like Gorgias, Zendesk, Shopify, or similar tools is preferred, but not required
  • Familiarity with e-commerce and CRM systems is an advantage, but not essential

### Tech Requirements To ensure success in this role, you will need to meet the following technical requirements:

  • A personal computer or laptop with a minimum i5 processor
  • A stable internet connection with at least 15 Mbps upload and download speeds
