Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to:

• Greet customers and provide a warm, welcoming experience
• Run the register, cashier, and make purchase suggestions to enhance the shopping experience
• Work with our food program to provide customers with a seamless and enjoyable experience
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to our high standards for store appearance
• Provide fast and friendly service to our customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded
• Interact with customers daily, building relationships and resolving any issues that may arise
• Work collaboratively with a fun, energetic team to accomplish daily tasks and goals
• Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

To succeed as a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll need:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers and colleagues in a friendly and professional manner
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think quickly and offer creative solutions
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities
• High school diploma or equivalent, with a strong emphasis on customer service and sales experience
• Physical ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours, lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds, and perform other physical demands of the role
