Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative & Scheduler, you'll be responsible for:

  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries through phone, email, and chat, ensuring high-quality customer support and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Providing product information, assisting with order processing, and troubleshooting issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our office system, ensuring seamless communication and follow-up.
  • Conducting outbound calling as necessary to follow up on customer inquiries or provide additional support, building strong relationships with our customers.
  • Collaborating with team members to resolve complex customer issues and help in the scheduling process effectively, promoting a culture of teamwork and collaboration.
  • Providing feedback on customer interactions to improve service processes and enhance customer satisfaction, driving continuous improvement and excellence.
  • Upholding arenaflex standards for phone etiquette and professionalism in all communications, ensuring a positive and memorable experience for our customers.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Previous experience in a customer service or sales role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues alike.
  • Proficiency in office software and customer support tools, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems and processes.
  • Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work independently or as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to challenges.
  • A passion for delivering outstanding customer service and support, with a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications would be highly desirable:
