Responsibilities

As a Live Chat Agent at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch customer service and support through online chat platforms. Your primary objectives will include:

  • Engaging with customers via live chat and providing timely and accurate responses to their inquiries and concerns.
  • Identifying and assessing customer needs to provide appropriate solutions and recommendations.
  • Maintaining a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively assist customers and guide them through the purchasing process.
  • Assisting customers in navigating our website, troubleshooting technical issues, and resolving any problems they may encounter.
  • Multitasking efficiently by handling multiple chat conversations simultaneously while maintaining a high level of customer service.
  • Collaborating closely with other team members to share knowledge and best practices to continuously improve customer satisfaction.
  • Documenting all customer interactions and inquiries accurately and thoroughly in our CRM system.

Key Requirements
