Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll play a critical role in delivering an exceptional customer experience. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Greeting customers and providing a warm, welcoming environment
• Running the register, cashiering, and making purchase suggestions to customers
• Working with our food program to provide customers with a wide range of food and beverage options
• Maintaining a clean and organized store environment, both inside and out
• Providing fast and friendly service to customers, answering questions and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
• Interacting with customers daily, building relationships and providing personalized service
• Working as part of a fun, energetic team to accomplish daily tasks and goals
• Coming up with creative solutions to problems and suggesting new ideas to improve the customer experience

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with customers, colleagues, and management
• A strong passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a commitment to providing a positive experience for every customer
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm
• Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system
• Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours, lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds, and perform other physical tasks as required
• High school diploma or equivalent required; retail and customer service experience a plus
