What You'll Do
As a Customer Service Advocate at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to:
- Help clients, customers, and healthcare providers understand our business and services, including topics like determination of payments and claims related to medical and dental procedures and office and hospital visit costs.
- Make it easy for customers to work with us by taking ownership of their issues and doing your best to resolve them over the chat the first time, every time.
- Be an advocate for health and wellness by educating customers on disease management programs and making recommendations on the right healthy living programs for their needs.
- Access regular development opportunities and mentorship as you train with the best team in the industry, including extensive, hands-on training and guided on-the-job trainings to ensure your success.

What You Should Have
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A High School Diploma or equivalent, with an Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 1+ years of customer service experience analyzing and solving customer problems, with a strong focus on problem-solving and communication.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with a high level capacity to multitask independently and on a computer.
- Knowledge of Medical Terminology is a plus, but not required.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management focus, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
