Experienced Customer Service Executive – Global Airline Industry

We are looking for our next Customer Service Executive for our Customer Care area in Miami, who will be responsible for managing customer complaints filed through our internal channels or with advocacy entities and channels, keeping all teams informed of any market updates and liaising closely with the legal team, local entities, and related areas with customer contact.

Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Executive at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing, analyzing, and resolving pre-flight, in-flight, and post-flight claims and requests of different kinds, using different tools provided by the company.
  • Contacting customers and consumer defense channel entities in the different markets using existing platforms (telephone, email, chats, WhatsApp, defense channel portals, among others).
  • Controlling and following up on the cases under your care, complying with the expected quality standards.
  • Complying with what is described in PIC (Information and Knowledge Portal), LAE files, CICUS, MSP, CUS intranet, reinforcement emails, among others.
  • Promoting feedback to the different areas in which the failures are detected, after the analysis of the cases and continuous improvement.

Essential Qualifications

To be our next Customer Service Executive, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's or Associate Degree in Administration, Logistics, Tourism, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of previous experience in Customer Service is required.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite tools.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
  • Advanced knowledge of SABRE is required.
  • Strong customer orientation, communication, and teamwork skills.
  • Availability to occasionally work outside of regular hours.
  • The candidate must be authorized to work in the United States.

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be beneficial:

  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Knowledge of airline operations and customer service standards.
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software.
  • Certification in customer service or a related field.
