Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Handling a high volume of inbound calls from customers and directing them to the proper departments as needed
  • Working closely with other departments to ensure a positive customer experience
  • Utilizing strong problem-solving skills to quickly identify the root cause of customer issues and resolve them when necessary
  • Helping explain contract details to customers
  • Managing existing customer relationships to provide peace of mind and worry-free experiences
  • Processing payments and setting up payment arrangements to resolve customer accounts
  • Being interactive and communicative with management and co-workers in a visible manner, which requires camera usage for training, team meetings, and meetings with management

  • A high school diploma or GED
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus

Essential Qualifications

* High School diploma or GED

  • Excellent customer service, communication, and listening skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, and with other employees
  • General computer and typing skills
  • Passion for customer service and quality work
  • Ability to prioritize, organize, and multitask

Preferred Qualifications

* Bilingual (Spanish/English)

  • Previous customer service experience
  • Experience working in a call center or customer-facing role
  • Familiarity with CRM software and other customer service tools
