As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for attending preset appointments with customers, answering incoming customer inquiries, and providing top-notch customer service. Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:
* Attending preset appointments with customers at their homes and answering incoming customer inquiries about internet services
* Working with management to stay educated on energy and internet services provided by arenaflex
* Recording customer information within our customer service database while following company policies
* Engaging with clients in a friendly and professional manner and providing the best customer service
* Offering support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company's customer service policies
* Actively asking upper management questions and going above and beyond to meet customer needs
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications:
* Excellent sales and customer service skills
* Ability to work in a high-energy environment and adapt to changing situations
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
* Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related field is a plus
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications would be a plus:
* Previous experience in the military, restaurant, or retail industry
