Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the front line of support for our clients and customers. You'll provide helpful information, answer questions, and respond to complaints, ensuring that our customers are satisfied with our products, services, and features. Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate customer inquiries and sales through phone and internet, including order entry, price quotations, sales representative requests, and record maintenance
- Prepare and maintain summary reports for business reviews
- Provide insight and assist with delivery/customer relation decisions
- Understand product components and manufacturing processes
- Familiarize yourself with various department concepts, practices, and procedures
- Collaborate with sales management as needed to ensure seamless customer support
Essential Qualifications
* 0-2 years of relevant experience in customer service, sales, or a related field
- Previous experience in the industry is a plus
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, such as Oracle
- Excellent personal interaction skills to foster positive relationships with customers and company personnel
- Ability to work accurately in a fast-paced, team environment
- Strong problem-solving, phone, and documentation skills
