Job Description
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the focal point of information between staff, students, and parents. You'll be responsible for:
- Acting as the primary point of contact for all incoming calls, including new clients, existing clients, and taking messages
- Assisting in developing relations with existing clients and promoting arenaflex's services
- Reporting all staff, client, vendor, and subcontractor issues to Directors
- Developing, implementing, following, and perfecting office systems and procedures
- Reading and answering all work-related emails
- Answering all phone calls and directing callers to the appropriate contact
- Maintaining and managing company calendars, appointments, and client schedules
- Scheduling appointments for Directors
- Organizing and composing office correspondence, documents, and other reports
- Supporting sales and production efforts
- Posting company-related content on social media platforms
- Sending communication, such as thank you notes and referral gifts, as needed
- Reviewing upcoming Daily/Weekly schedules with Directors
- Participating in staff meetings, as needed
- Ensuring the company's public image is consistent and in keeping with branding
- Providing marketing assistance to promote arenaflex's services
Essential Qualifications
* Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Self-starter who works well with minimal supervision
- Coachable and positive attitude
- Ability to work under pressure and multitask in a professional setting
- Comfortable speaking with clients in a customer-centric manner
- Good written and spoken communication skills
- Professional, organized, and punctual
- Proficient in using IOS, Windows, MS Office Suite, and G-Suites
- Experience working in an educational institution is a plus
- Excellent business etiquette and follow-up procedures
- Detail-oriented and able to prioritize tasks to fit deadlines
- Tact and discretion for dealing with confidential information
- Calm and professional manner
Preferred Qualifications
* Bachelor's Degree or higher
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with college prep services and standardized tests
- Ability to work in a remote setting with minimal supervision
Equipment Requirements
* Computer with at least Windows 10 or Catalina MacOS
- Video camera
- High-speed internet (above 20mb/s)
- Quiet home working space with a clean background
