Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Building strong relationships with other team members and departments, providing excellent internal customer service to optimize service to all external clients
- Providing professional and courteous customer service to external customers via phone and email
- Answering customer inquiries, researching issues, and providing effective resolutions to client issues and concerns in a timely manner (supply orders, billing questions, account set up, testing questions, specimen inquiries, etc.)
- Documenting issues, action steps, and outcome of customer inquiries
- Documenting and processing change requests promptly and efficiently
- Following all SOP's and team procedures to ensure accuracy and regulation compliance
- Assisting with large projects and meeting deadlines
- Making outbound calls to existing customers providing them with information about new products and services
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A High School Diploma required, Bachelor's degree preferred
- 2+ years of previous customer service experience, laboratory or healthcare preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including written, verbal, and listening skills
- Confidence in multitasking and quickly adapting to changing priorities
- Proven ability and desire to provide exceptional customer service
- Ability to present a professional image via phone; superb phone etiquette skills
- Excellent problem resolution skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient computer skills, including CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and other office software
Work Schedule
Our standard work schedule is Monday – Friday, 9:30am – 6pm CST. During the 4-6 week training period, the approximate schedule will be 8am – 4:30pm CST.
Pay Range and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20 – $23/hr. arenaflex offers comprehensive benefits to eligible employees, including:
- Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, STD/LTD, 401(k), Paid Time Off (PTO) or Flexible Time Off (FTO), Tuition Reimbursement, and Employee Stock Purchase Plan
- Casual, PRN & Part Time employees regularly scheduled to work less than 20 hours are eligible to participate in the 401(k) Plan only
