What You'll Do As a Remote Customer Service Chat Support Specialist, you'll be the face of arenaflex, communicating with customers via chat to provide excellent service and support. Your responsibilities will include: * Communicating with customers via chat to provide excellent service and support * Answering questions, resolving issues, and guiding customers through our platform * Processing orders, payments, and other basic service requests * Maintaining a professional, helpful, and friendly tone at all times * Following company procedures and service standards What We're Looking For We're seeking individuals with a positive attitude and strong communication skills. Basic computer literacy and typing skills are essential, and a quiet work environment and reliable internet connection are required. Nice to Have (But Not Required) While not necessary, previous experience in customer service, retail, or hospitality is a plus. Familiarity with online chat systems or CRM tools is also beneficial. Bilingual or multilingual communication skills are a nice-to-have, but not required.
