About the Role
As a Senior Associate, Customer Experience, you will report directly to our Consumer Experience Lead and be responsible for driving strategic planning and execution of customer experience initiatives. You will partner with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and tools teams, to improve processes and deliver exceptional customer experiences. Your expertise will be instrumental in identifying opportunities to optimize speed, quality, effectiveness, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
* Partner with teams to improve processes and deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Analyze data and insights to identify opportunities for improvement
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize customer experience metrics
- Collaborate with support and company-level leadership to guide priority projects
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to drive results and measure success
What We're Looking For:
* 4+ years of experience in a competitive or challenging environment
- Proven track record of driving strategic planning and execution
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Experience with data analysis and SQL/Excel modeling
- Persuasive and effective communicator

Base Pay Range:
$74,800 - $110,000 USD (dependent on geographical location)
