Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Associate / Cashier at arenaflex, you will be responsible for: - Providing Exceptional Customer Service: Greet customers warmly, provide assistance with their inquiries and purchases, and ensure a positive shopping experience. - Handling Transactions Efficiently: Operate the cash register, handle cash transactions accurately, and ensure proper cash handling procedures are followed. - Processing Sales Transactions: Process sales transactions using the POS system, including returns and exchanges, and maintain accurate records. - Maintaining Knowledge of Products and Services: Stay up-to-date on current promotions, products, and services to effectively sell and upsell items to customers. - Ensuring a Clean and Organized Checkout Area: Maintain the checkout area, restock necessary supplies, and ensure a clean and organized environment. - Assisting with Inventory Management: Restock shelves, conduct regular inventory checks, and assist with inventory management tasks. - Providing Excellent Phone Etiquette: Answer customer calls, address their concerns or questions, and provide excellent phone etiquette. - Collaborating with Team Members: Work collaboratively with team members to achieve store goals, maintain a positive work environment, and support each other in their roles. - Supervising Junior Staff: Supervise junior staff as needed, provide guidance and support, and help them develop their skills and knowledge.
Skills and Qualifications
