Key Responsibilities:

As a Lead Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Greeting customers, operating the register, and providing exceptional service to drive sales and customer satisfaction
  • Leading shifts and supervising a team of employees to ensure seamless store operations and high standards for store appearance
  • Collaborating with colleagues to achieve daily goals and objectives
  • Providing regular and predictable onsite attendance to ensure continuity of service

  • Engaging with customers to understand their needs and preferences, making product recommendations, and resolving issues promptly

  • Maintaining accurate records, reporting, and compliance with arenaflex policies and procedures

Essential Qualifications:

* High School Diploma or equivalent

  • Retail and customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment
  • Entry-level management experience, with a proven track record of leading teams and achieving results
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment, with a focus on collaboration and mutual support
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new situations, with a growth mindset and a commitment to ongoing development

Preferred Qualifications:
