Key Responsibilities
* Reach out to individuals who have requested more information on the benefits we offer, and schedule Zoom meetings to discuss their needs and preferences.
- Customize new benefit plans and adjust existing plans to ensure they meet the current requirements of each client.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients, providing attentive customer service and administrative support as needed.
- Perform benefit reviews for existing clients, addressing any claims or adjustments that may be necessary.
- Respond to and resolve client questions and concerns regarding their benefits, ensuring that all documentation is accurate and complete.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and efficient issue resolution.
Essential Qualifications
* 2+ years of experience in customer service, sales, or a related field.
