Job Functions

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

• Providing administrative support to clients and internal departments, ensuring seamless communication and timely resolutions
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships with a focus on retention, fostering a loyal customer base
• Communicating with clients via phone and email regarding documentation, requests, and updates, providing clear and concise information
• Processing and responding to emails, calls, and messages that require immediate attention, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines
• Accurately logging client interactions, inquiries, and resolutions in our internal database, maintaining accurate records
• Following HIPAA-compliant communication procedures, guidelines, and policies, ensuring confidentiality and security
• Proactively identifying and resolving issues, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty
• Performing additional duties as needed, adapting to changing priorities and requirements

Requirements

To qualify for this position, you must have:
