A normal day at arenaflex
As a Part Time Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Understanding customers' unique needs and recommending appropriate arenaflex products and services
- Communicating effectively with customers, empathizing with their challenges, and building trust
- Providing exceptional customer service to foster lasting relationships
- Handling a wide range of services, including cash handling, check cashing, lending, bill pay, and card services
- Prioritizing accuracy, confidentiality, and strict compliance with industry regulations and safety guidelines
What we're looking for
We're seeking sales-oriented individuals with a passion for building relationships and a knack for sales. If you have:
- A high-energy and sales-oriented personality
- Retail/customer service experience required
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- High attention to detail, with strong organizational skills
- Ability to multi-task while still adhering to our customer service expectations
- Ability to work independently in a solitary environment, with little to no supervision
- Experience in a sales environment required
- Knowledge of basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division in all unit measures using whole numbers, percentages, common fractions, and decimals
- Ability to exchange U.S. currency in any denomination
Education and physical demands
* High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to stand for extended periods, sit, walk, reach with hands and arms, stoop, bend, and engage in verbal communication and active listening
- Ability to see clearly at both close and distant ranges, with the ability to adjust focus as needed
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 25 lbs
- Ability to work 10-12 hours in a confined work area, contingent on state-specific labor laws

Travel is primarily local but will include travel to more than one store in a day when necessary.
