Key Responsibilities:

* Provide a superior level of customer service to all guests/staff entering or on the facility

  • Support the goals and objectives of the facility in its efforts to provide quality patient care and patient/staff satisfaction
  • Be proactive, flexible, and accommodating with the ability to follow through on guests' requests
  • Manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Utilize excellent time management and problem-solving skills to resolve guest concerns and issues
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and courtesy in all interactions with guests and staff
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance customer service skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications:

* A high school diploma or equivalent is required

  • College level business education is preferred
  • A minimum of two years of customer service experience in a retail, hotel, or spa environment with cash-handling and reconciliation experience or customer service related field required
  • 2 years of professional experience preferred
  • Bilingual preferred

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience working in a healthcare setting

  • Knowledge of patient care and satisfaction principles
  • Familiarity with electronic medical records and other healthcare software
  • Experience with conflict resolution and negotiation

Skills and Competencies:

* Excellent professional verbal/non-verbal and written communication skills

  • Expertise in product/service knowledge
  • Responsive and attentive in the execution of client/vendor needs and concerns
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Customer service driven with time management and multitasking skills
  • Representatives are efficient and able to multi-task with constant interruptions while providing excellent customer service and accurate quality work
  • Self-empowered and proactive to complete daily tasks
