Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Full Stack Social Media Customer Support Manager to join our remote team. As a key member of our Customer Experience team, you will be responsible for leading a team of customer support specialists, driving sales growth, and fostering a positive brand image through social media engagement. Key Responsibilities

* Business Strategy: Collaborate with the Head of Customer Experience to develop and implement business strategies that drive sales growth, customer satisfaction, and brand awareness.

  • Client Experience: Ensure that all customers receive a top-notch customer experience, addressing and resolving any concerns related to vehicle quality and readiness.
  • Team Development: Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of customer support specialists, providing ongoing coaching, feedback, and performance evaluations.
  • Brand Standards: Maintain brand standards through office maintenance, display area show, and cost control, ensuring consistency with arenaflex's brand guidelines and policies.
  • Social Media Engagement: Develop and implement social media strategies that drive engagement, increase brand awareness, and foster a positive brand image.
  • Performance Metrics: Track and analyze key performance metrics, including customer satisfaction, sales growth, and social media engagement, to inform business decisions and drive continuous improvement.

What You'll Bring

* Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.

  • Experience: 4-year certification or 2+ years of relevant experience in a customer-facing role, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Leadership: Self-motivated, results-driven, and customer-centric leader with outstanding management skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize multiple tasks while meeting deadlines.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong focus on building relationships and resolving conflicts.
  • Collaboration: Ability to foster collaborative relationships with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and customer experience.
  • Adaptability: Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays in a retail environment, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Certifications: Valid driver's license in the state of work and ability to obtain necessary state licensing, where required.
