Responsibilities

As an Inbound Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Answering Incoming Customer Calls and Emails: Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, providing accurate information about products and services.
  • Providing Accurate Information: Ensure that customers have the most up-to-date information about our products and services, and provide guidance on how to utilize them effectively.
  • Assisting with Orders and Returns: Assist customers with placing orders, processing returns, and resolving complaints in a timely and professional manner.

Experience and Qualifications

While previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred, we welcome candidates from diverse backgrounds who possess the following essential qualifications:

Compensation and Benefits
