Experienced Part-time Customer Success Specialist – Scaling ADHD Community Engagement and Support

As a key member of our small but mighty team, you'll play a critical role in managing and scaling our customer management processes, ensuring our members have an exceptional experience, and helping us deliver our mission.

Our co-founders, Vik and Chris, were driven to create a solution that would help individuals with ADHD gain control over their lives and goals. Through their hyperfocus and dedication, they developed a platform that is intuitive, accessible, and engaging. The Role
As a part-time Customer Success Specialist, you'll work closely with our team to manage and scale our customer management processes, ensuring our members have an exceptional experience. Your ideal availability is 20-30 hours per week, and you'll be responsible for:
- Member experience: You'll work closely with our members to ensure they have the best experience possible at arenaflex. You'll take ownership of customer experience processes and use insights to help us improve our offering.
- Internal-facing coach support: You'll provide support to our ADHD Coaches with operational and customer support processes, including platform support, member management, external/internal communications, and other routine processes.
- External-facing support: You'll lead the management of our inbound email pipeline, helping potential customers, partners, and third-party vendors. You'll also help create a support center to address in-bound questions and make your job easier to execute.
- Operations: You'll contribute to strategic design sessions critical to our growth and success, working closely with our feedback data to inform product decisions.

Essential Qualifications
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a deep understanding of empathy and care for others
- Proactive, ambitious, and owner-oriented, with a strong sense of ownership over work streams
- Ability to think quickly on your feet and adapt to various customer support scenarios
- Highly organized, with a strong attention to detail
- Demonstrated interest in self-educating on unfamiliar subjects or concepts related to well-being and ADHD
- Conviction and alignment with arenaflex's mission and values
- Tech-savvy, with experience in customer service or a related field
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience with Intercom, Notion, Airtable, Slack, and Gmail
- Familiarity with Zapier and our own arenaflex platform
- Proven track record of improving customer experience processes and enhancing the experience for end-users
