Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Data Entry/Order Management Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

  • Processing customer purchase orders in a timely and efficient manner to meet customer and company commitments
  • Continuously improving the level of customer satisfaction through effective order processing and communication
  • Receiving, editing, and entering incoming customer purchase orders in an accurate and timely manner
  • Reviewing, verifying, and making corrections as necessary to orders to ensure accurate information and order specifications
  • Managing orders in the business system through the entire order cycle
  • Screening all international customer orders to ensure compliance with required regulations, policies, and procedures
  • Gathering information for measurement, analysis, and reporting

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 3-5 years of data entry and/or customer support experience
  • Customer interaction experience is preferred
  • Computer experience, including use of MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, and Oracle experience is required
  • Education: Associates Degree preferred, with a minimum of 2 years of experience
  • Paid training and onboarding to ensure a smooth transition into the role
  • Must be punctual, reliable, and dependable
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

  • Previous experience with CRM and/or ERP business systems
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
