Job Summary
We're seeking experienced General Laborer/Customer Service Representatives to join our Truck Teams. As a member of our team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, lifting and removing unwanted items, and operating our shiny blue trucks. This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic team and make a real difference in our customers' lives.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service to our customers, ensuring that they receive a positive experience and leave with a smile on their face
- Lift and remove unwanted items from customers' homes and properties, using our recycling, donating, and waste management facilities to dispose of items responsibly
- Operate our shiny blue trucks, ensuring that they are clean and well-maintained at all times
- Work collaboratively with your truck team to complete service routes and meet customer needs
- Participate in regular reviews and pay increases, with opportunities for career growth and advancement
Essential Qualifications
* 19+ years of age (required for insurance purposes)
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record (past 3 years)
- Positive, friendly attitude and good written and verbal communication skills
- Physically able to lift 50lbs+ repeatedly
- Previous customer service, sales, physical labor, and/or driving experience a plus!
Preferred Qualifications
* Previous experience in a customer-facing role, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Experience in a physically demanding role, with the ability to lift and move heavy objects
- Familiarity with our industry and our services
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
* Starting pay: $16.50-$25.00 per hour, with opportunities for regular reviews and pay increases
- Flexible schedule, with part-time and full-time opportunities available
- 8-hour shifts, with day shifts and weekends as needed
- Ability to commute from Fresno, CA (required)
- Ability to relocate to Fresno, CA before starting work (required)
