Responsibilities

As an Experienced Dispatch & Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

  • Project tracking and management, ensuring accurate scheduling of equipment and materials
  • Daily phone interaction with vendors, building strong relationships and resolving any issues that may arise
  • Inventory tracking and management, maintaining accurate records and ensuring seamless operations
  • Providing exceptional support to the operations department, including any other duties as assigned
  • Collaborating with the operations manager to ensure the successful execution of daily jobs

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in a similar role is a plus
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, and Word
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in a dispatch or data entry role, preferably in a construction or event setting

  • Familiarity with inventory management software and systems
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve issues efficiently
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines

Compensation and Perks
