Job Summary
arenaflex, an affiliate of Aetna/CVS, is seeking highly motivated and customer-focused Senior Customer Service Representatives to join our permanent work-from-home team. As a key member of our team, you will handle customer service inquiries for our Fully Insured or High Profile role, addressing problems via telephone, internet, or written correspondence. Key Responsibilities
* Handle incoming calls from members and providers regarding claims status, benefits, and eligibility, PPO participation, and other related inquiries
- Maintain department-established performance metrics at a meets or exceeds expectations level
- Collaborate with colleagues as a team and apply the arenaflex Core Values in day-to-day operations
- Create a Differentiated Service Experience by providing personalized solutions to customer needs
- Demonstrate Service Discipline by adhering to established processes and procedures
- Handle Service Challenges with professionalism and empathy
- Provide Solutions to Constituent Needs by offering tailored support and guidance
- Work Across Boundaries by collaborating with internal stakeholders to resolve complex issues
Required Qualifications
* 2+ years of customer service experience in a fast-paced, metric-based environment
- Proficiency with the full suite of Microsoft Applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Comfortability utilizing search engines to research and resolve customer inquiries
- Excellent multi-tasking skills, with the ability to handle multiple calls and tasks simultaneously
- High School diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent experience
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience working in a call center environment, with a focus on customer service and problem-solving
- Medical terminology and insurance experience, with a strong understanding of healthcare concepts and regulations
- Results-oriented and self-motivated, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding performance metrics
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively articulate complex information to customers and colleagues
