Position Overview
As a Customer Service Representative on our remote team, you'll serve as a critical link between arenaflex and its customers, handling inquiries about deliveries, shipment statuses, billing issues, and service concerns. You'll play a central role in ensuring customers receive timely and helpful solutions, and you'll be part of a dynamic team that's passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Primary Responsibilities
- Respond to Inbound Customer Communications: You'll be responsible for responding to inbound customer communications, including phone calls, emails, and online chats. This will involve providing information and support related to shipping procedures, delivery schedules, and issue resolution. - Use arenaflex Tools and Platforms: You'll use arenaflex's tools and platforms to manage and document customer interactions accurately. This will involve navigating our systems and software to provide timely and helpful solutions to customers. - De-escalate Sensitive Customer Concerns: You'll be responsible for de-escalating sensitive customer concerns and collaborating with support teams to find appropriate resolutions. This will involve using your problem-solving skills and empathy to resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner. - Maintain a High Level of Professionalism: You'll be expected to maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in all interactions with customers. This will involve providing a positive and supportive experience for customers, even in challenging situations.
Candidate Requirements
- Residency and Work Authorization: You must reside in or near Louisville, KY, and be legally authorized to work in the U.S. - Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is required. - Experience: Experience in customer service, especially in remote or call center settings, is preferred. - Communication and Multitasking Skills: You'll need strong communication and multitasking skills to effectively manage multiple customer interactions and priorities. - Reliable Home Internet and Workspace: You'll need reliable home internet and a distraction-free workspace to perform your duties effectively.
